- FEBRUARY Local athletes score big Thursday, January 1, 2009 @ 11:21PMThe game wound up being an 8-2 shellacking in which the Riggers out shot the Icemen 58-21. Athletics Alberta handed out their annual awards for Track and Field on Saturday Jan. 19 at the Fantasyland Hotel in Edmonton. Several local athletes who are members of The Leduc Track Club were honoured.
